Heartworm Meds Interceptor And Sentinel To Experience Supply Problems

If your dog takes the heartworm preventative medication called Interceptor, or the heartworm and flea prevention called Sentinel, you may have trouble buying the product right now.

Novartis Animal Health, manufacturer of animal drugs including heartworm medications Interceptor Flavor Tabs and Sentinel Flavor Tabs experienced production problems in January 2012. As a result, supply of these drugs will be limited.
